Before your first rep

  • Grip the bar before stepping onto the pad.

The movement

  1. 1Select the assistance weight, kneel or stand on the pad and grip the handles above.
  2. 2Pull yourself up until your chin passes the bar.
  3. 3Lower under control until your arms are straight.
