  1. 1Set the bar on your upper back and step one foot forward into a long stride.
  2. 2Lower until your back knee is just above the floor.
  3. 3Push through the front heel to return, then repeat or alternate.

Watch out for

Balance under a bar is harder than it looks. Master dumbbell lunges first.
