The movement

  1. 1Set a bar at about waist height and lie underneath it, gripping slightly wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Keeping your body in a straight line, pull your chest to the bar.
  3. 3Lower under control.

Watch out for

The more upright you are, the easier it is. Walk your feet in to make it harder.
