The movement

  1. 1Start in a plank with hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your elbows at about 45 degrees from your body.
  3. 3Press back up, keeping your body in one straight line.

Watch out for

If you cannot do a full one yet, put your hands on a bench. That is a real push-up, just easier.
