  1. 1Lie on your back with one knee bent and foot flat, the other leg extended or held to your chest.
  2. 2Drive through the planted heel to lift your hips.
  3. 3Lower under control and finish all reps before switching.

Watch out for

Keep your hips level. If one side dips, you have found your weaker glute.
