The movement

  1. 1Hold the weight at your front shoulders and squat down.
  2. 2Drive up out of the squat and use that momentum to press overhead.
  3. 3Lower back to the shoulders and straight into the next rep.

This gets you out of breath faster than almost anything. Pace it.
